Made from porcelain clay this show piece is the largest lidded vessel I’ve created to date. Thrown on the potter’s wheel and embellished with hand rolled porcelain coils of clay. Black stain exterior. Exquisitely glazed interior. Small crack in the interior bottom formed naturally in the process. The lid only fits in one direction. A series of slip trailed dots allow for easy alignment of the top to its mate. Completely one of a kind. Measures 7.5” tall by 10” wide when closed. Weighs 11 lbs. Ships carefully wrapped and double boxed to your door.
